Ruler of the salt and fresh water, this King salmon is carved from fossil walrus jawbone which was unearthed on St. Lawrence island. The eyes are inlaid fossil ivory, the fins are carved from dall sheep horn and the base is prehistoric bison skull, found on the Yukon river. Click on image to enlarge 11" Long |
